Meet The Team
Founder + CEO
Ms. Lequang was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, but moved to California with her family to grow up in the Bay Area. She graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor’s degree inManagement Information Systems, which provided the foundation for her business acumen and management skills to found Amazàe Events in 2004. The company’s mission statement is rooted in her top priority; fulfilling clients’ wishes in the most enjoyable and exciting way possible. Ms Lequang and the Amazàe team collaborate by attentively listening and understanding clients’ event visions, keeping in mind client values, personality style and financial scope.
“Making clients smile because we’ve turned their vision into a reality is the best part of my job,” expresses Crystal. “I am thrilled when clients are elated about the event we created together.” When not acting as the founder and CEO of Amazáe, Crystal likes to dance, daydream about visiting every continent in the world; and hanging out with her two beautiful daughters and husband.

Growing up in Willow Glen, just steps away from the Amazàe Events studio, Caitlin’s love and passion for all things events was realized after having joined a sorority at San Jose State University. When she’s not sipping her favourite Champagne at a wine bar, you’ll find her pal-ing around with family, friends and her two adorable nephews.
Caitlin’s detail-oriented personality and keen eye for design makes her an essential part of the Amazàe Team. With exceptional client relations, Caitlin makes sure to keep each step of the process fresh and fun, bringing all of your dream events to life.

Wedding + Event Planner
Nashely graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication, she also has an associate’s degree in social and behavioral sciences and another in speech communication. With her eclectic background she is well-versed in all aspects of event planning, marketing and public relations. As a former entrepreneur and real estate appraiser she developed strong professional ethics and leadership skills.
She joined Amazáe part time in July of 2006 and offers diverse and flexible professional skills in project management and negotiation. Nashely has been professionally trained by the ACPWC as a wedding coordinator and she is a team member who works on event production, coordination and special projects.
She has volunteered teaching English as a Second Language classes to recent immigrants as part of the SCU ARRUPE program. She also enjoyed volunteering and visiting retirement homes and children’s hospitals with her late dog, Pumba, and taught salsa dancing to low income teenagers throughout the Bay Area. Nashely loves all animals especially her treasured dogs. Her passions include traveling, hiking, cooking and baking.
Wedding & Event Planner
Lisa was first introduced to organizing events when she volunteered to be on the Auction Committee at her daughter’s elementary school. She was hooked at “ Let’s do something unique and FUN!”. She hasn’t stopped being involved in events since. Her passion has grown from school auctions to executing social and corporate events.
With 10+ years of event and catering experience, Lisa brings creativity, attention to detail, organizational skills and confidence in executing the perfect event for her clients. Lisa joined the Amazáe team rand is excited to be a team member working on the coordination and production of future events.
A good day for Lisa always starts with a strong cup of coffee and a bit of gardening. It would continue with grocery shopping for ingredients to a new recipe for dinner, a call from her college-aged daughter, followed by working with Amazáe clients on future events. Winding down a good day would include a refreshing cocktail alongside her husband in the backyard of their home. A great day would be the previously mentioned activities plus traveling to new destinations for work or pleasure!
