Our Diary

Every year, Bridal Fashion week comes around and we live vicariously through the bridal magazine’s social media + websites. This year, we’re doing more than just wishing we were sitting at the runways… we’ve gathered a few of our favorite gowns and matched them up with table linens available for real weddings. You’re welcome.

This pretty dress by Anne Barge came down the runway and we love that it’s a classic style that everyone can wear, AND it’s a gown perfect for every venue we love to work with.

We also think it would be beautiful with any event style:  super elegant, monochromatic, luxe, or modern and sleek.

When Vera Wang sent her gowns down the runway, we were a little blown away, a little on the edge of our virtual seats, and mostly excited to see the fresh and unique styles. The gowns might be a little too artistic for some, but we’re loving the creative flavor and we definitely love seeing the gowns used as inspiration for thinking outside the box when it comes to linens (we could totally see these used together).

We might be totally over the word “swoon”, but when Hayley Paige gowns come floating down the runway (or the aisle!), that’s exactly what we do. Every single design is always on point, and made to make a woman feel like a princess. We love the traditional with a twist elements that are incorporated into each style-it’s perfect for the bride that wants to feel like a bride, but isn’t afraid of a little adventure. That’s why we picked these linens to pair with this dress. It’s a perfect platform for some fun elements, and linens are such a great place to use interesting texture and color.

“Ballgowns are back”. We’re not sure they ever left, but we’re loving that they’re trending. We’ll take any ballgown, because it’s prime opportunity to elevate the elegance of the reception. These linens would be perfect with any reception that goes with a ballroom style gown.

We’re pretty jazzed about this: Embellishment is not going away. In fact it’s leaning more towards the larger side of things. We noticed plenty of gorgeous gowns with layers of larger  appliques and embellishments and we knew this was something that would translate well to tabletop. Whether you’re looking to use soft flowing fabrics to enhance your bridal vibe or embracing your inner extra with a “more is more” attitude when it comes to texture – we think you’ll be on the right path either way.

There’s so many stunning gowns that head down the runway every season and these are just a few of our favorites, and a perfect example of how you really can personalize your wedding style, simply with the linens you select. We can’t wait to help you discover your wedding day vision and design the perfect, unique wedding day.

We’ll just go ahead and admit that we’re partial to the weddings we work on. We love our clients, we pour our hearts into their perfect day, and we definitely think every single event we work on is fab. But we can’t help but notice when a wedding has the perfect elements for a fairytale wedding. This one was no exception.

  • When it comes to corporate events, we’re not about just recreating the regular. Our goals are more along the lines of finding creative ways to provide an attendee experience that feels unique, refined and not only provides great atmosphere, but an atmosphere for real interaction and engagement.

We create a thread that runs through the entire event and brings the whole design full circle and really truly presents our clients and their companies in an unforgettable way.

Recently, we designed an event for a great corporate event at Rosewood Sandhill and we’re loving how it turned out (and these are just the iphone photos!). We were able to bring in some of our favorite friendors, pay proper attention to details, and get creative with the lighting. It was truly a joy to produce. It was the perfect example of what we view corporate events should look (and feel!) like.
