Available Positions & Descriptions:
Wedding & Event Assistant:
Work with our team members with a focus on behind-the-scenes support to ensure flawless execution day of events.
Criteria:
– Available weekends, and some weekdays/evenings
– Highly detail oriented & organized
– Ability to quickly adapt to surroundings
– Hospitality and/or customer service experience a plus
Wedding & Event Associate:
Manage the coordination & execution of a client’s event from initial sales to the day of the event from set up to tear down.
Criteria:
– Available weekends, flexible weekday/evenings schedule
– Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Google applications
– Must demonstrate ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– Highly organized and punctual
Experience delegating & managing tasks as necessary
– 1-2 Years of wedding & event experience (certification a plus)
Events & Operations Assistant:
Looking to add a part-time to full-time events loving and passionate individual to our Amazáe Events team! Focus on planning and supporting operations and events. Serve as a support to Sales & Operations Manager, Designer & Associates while staying closely acquainted with details of booked accounts. Work with supporting team members to ensure flawless execution day of event.
Criteria:
– Open week day availability with some evenings and weekends
– Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Google applications
– Customer service driven
– Highly organized & detail oriented
– Event experience
– Office management experience a plus
