We recently did the wedding of one of the oldest & dearest friend’s of our accounts + event manager Caitlin. If you know us, you know Caitlin, and we were head over heels to work with her on this great wedding. We just got the photos back and to say the least, we’re OBSESSED!

Here’s Caitlin’s take on the process and of course, the stunning photos: 

The only thing I love more than an Amazáe bride, is one that was my BFF from my childhood! When Ana reached out to us for wedding planning, I knew from my personal history with her that her wedding would be a show stopper – and boy was I right!

Very quickly the entire Amazáe team fell in love with this incredibly amazing couple, (and their adorable family!) and we had so much fun planning and designing their wedding! I wanted to share a few of my favorite details from their beautiful wedding this past March.

Every time we are designing a wedding, we always start with the dress, which leads me to my first of the many favorite things I loved about his wedding… Ana’s STUNNING bridal gown.  

One of my favorite venues is Casa Real, which was the perfect backdrop for Ana & Kevin’s romantic wedding celebration. Their ceremony took place in the Amber Room and Crystal designed one the most stunning backdrops for Ana & Kevin to say their ‘I Do’s’ that I’ve ever seen!

I think my favorite design element from their wedding was the escort table concept. Our bride LOVED fresh lavender but was struggling on how she wanted to incorporate it into the wedding without being too rustic. We created an elegant tablescape with wood boxes with beautifully handwritten escort cards tucked into a bed of fresh lavender.

Everyone here at Amazáe says the first thing that comes to mind when we think of Ana & Kevin is “sweet”. They are a truly special couple and one that we will never forget. It was truly an honor to be a part of their special day that was as sweet as they are!

Event Planning and Event Design aren’t always combined, but we happen to love that we get to do both! Our clients trust us to handle not only the flow of the day, but the design of their event and we are so glad they do!

This means we can look at the event in the big picture and create something that is not only totally beautiful, but matches the particular vibe of each client and the experience they want their guests to share with them.  But we like to take it one step further. We don’t just work with our clients to make beautiful events, we create well designed backdrops for their special, once in a lifetime moments.

We all know that not everything in life looks as magical as it sometimes feels, but that’s not the case with our brides. When they get their wedding photos back, it’s our goal for them to be completely transported back to that unforgettable moment, and we want everything to appear in their photos just as perfect as they remember.

Whether it’s the ceremony, the cake cutting or group photos-every minute of the wedding day is important and we’re loving reminiscing on some of our favs:
