Amazáe SoCal Takeover

Our hearts go out to all affected by the Palisades, Eaton, Hurst and Auto fires (as well as the many other fires in the area), and we know that it will not be the same, but have faith that the strength of the people will rebuild back to its greatness.

For our annual team celebration and photo shoot, we were blessed to head down to Anaheim this past December. It has been a great year at Amazáe Events, with events, weddings and parties in stadiums, resorts, castles and even abroad, in Spain. We have had the honor of producing these events and we are so grateful to continue making visions come to life!

We came together at the end of 2024 to recharge, bond as a team and reset in Anaheim. The company always fosters team spirit and joy in all we do. We all arrived and got straight into hair and makeup in preparation for our special year end photoshoot. A couple of our team members work remotely, so it was the first time meeting in person for some! We laughed, chatted and ate bahn mi while we got ready. Let the bonding begin!

Once we all finished hair and make up by extremely talented ladies Cynthia and Michele from Beauty By Bon Bon, we got to our photoshoot shot by the amazing Amy Huang. Shout out to her for making us all feel comfortable in front of the lens. The photoshoot was really the capture of a moment in time where we all felt relaxed and just had so much fun together. Check out our last blog entry and you’ll see that this trip (including the fun photoshoot) was among many of our team members most memorable moments of the year!

After the photoshoot we headed over to Downtown Disney. We were treated with our own Mickey Mouse ears and we shopped around, stopped for a cocktail (or two!) and headed over to our surprise team dinner location: Jazz Kitchen!

Spending this time together really reinforced to all of us just how much we love working together as a team at Amazáe Events. We are all so grateful to be a part of this company and contribute to a fun yet hardworking environment. Go Team Amazáe!

A Few of Our Favorite Things in 2024

As the year comes to a close, we find ourselves reflecting on a year filled with joy, beauty, and unforgettable moments. Feeling inspired, we’re sharing a list of our favorite things from 2024. From breathtaking venues to cherished collaborations, and heartwarming memories, this year has truly been one for the books.

We had the privilege of planning and designing events at some of the most stunning venues, here are three that hold a special place in our hearts:

Castello Di Amorosa

This Tuscan-inspired castle in Napa Valley never fails to transport our guests to another world. Its old-world charm paired with modern amenities provided the perfect backdrop for timeless celebrations. Every event at Castello Di Amorosa felt like stepping into a storybook. Guests were consistently enchanted by its breathtaking views and unmatched ambiance.

1440 Multiversity

Nestled among towering redwoods in Scotts Valley, this serene retreat center offered a unique blend of tranquility and elegance, creating unforgettable memories for both intimate and grand gatherings. The peaceful surroundings seemed to inspire creativity and connection, while the state-of-the-art facilities ensured every event ran seamlessly. 1440 Multiversity has proved to be a versatile and beloved choice for our clients.

Villa Montalvo

This historic estate in Saratoga exudes sophistication and romance. The lush gardens and stunning architecture made every event we hosted there truly magical. From twilight ceremonies under the wisteria-covered pergola to lively receptions in the grand villa, Villa Montalvo offered an unparalleled setting for cherished celebrations. The estate’s timeless elegance left both clients and guests in awe, making it a favorite among our team and collaborators.

From intimate gatherings to extravagant stadium events, we’ve teamed up with Enhanced Lighting for some pretty amazing events! Their expertise in lighting transformed our events into extraordinary experiences. From dramatic uplighting to intricate chandelier installations, their designs added depth, warmth, and a touch of magic to every space.

Nicole Ha Design

Nicole has been one of our main collaborators for many years, and she continues to be a staple in our events, making them all the more gorgeous with her expertise! From lush bouquets to intricate centerpieces, her work elevated every celebration with elegance and creativity.

Amanda has done many beautiful events with us and we have continued to cherish her partnership throughout 2024! She has a special ability of capturing not just moments, but feelings as well. The beauty of her photography is a reflection of her beautiful personality. We look forward to working along with her for more wonderful celebrations in 2025!

Team Moments We Treasure

Crystal

2024 was a special year for me with Amazáe; it was the first year after the pandemic that events really were planned and produced without worrying about any of that.

What made this year even more special, was the team we have here at Amazáe. For a favorite moment, would be hard, but definitely some very wonderful top memories.

Remembering the feeling when we nailed flip after flip after flip at one of our events. At the end of the night we were exhausted, but it was such a feeling of accomplishment together making that happen.

For sure up there was The Fur Ball, our annual animal loving gala. Working hard for 3 days to produce an incredible event that has so much meaning to a non profit was lovely. I will always remember that photo we all took as a team, with the whole stadium lights behind us. It was one of their best events they had, and it felt great putting it together.

Great memories and laughter were also had throughout one of our exclusive week of events for one of our clients. Every day was full of swag, events, rooms, production and entertainment. One moment stood out as it was a magical feeling when we finished setting up a castle for a night.

Probably could go on and on, but my favorite memory, was when the company was able to have our annual holiday celebration in Disneyland. Spending time with the team, enjoying a photoshoot, food, laughter and all the camaraderie; celebrating the year’s accomplishments was the best. An unforgettable experience.

As we close on 2024 and reflect on the past year with the Amazáe Team, so many moments stand out in my mind.

I have to admit I have an incredible weakness for animals, the fact that our fearless leader is passionate about animals and we produce one of the most amazing fundraisers for the Humane society, watching how we transformed PayPal Park into this spectacular setting to raise money for the animals, everyone there for the same cause! Truly one of the most stunning events I’ve ever seen or been a part of.

The thing that stands out the most to me is how we all are there supporting each other! We all have our positions on events and in the production but WE ALL jump in where needed to help as we run as a team! No one is the center everyone has a part of the wheel!

Our SoCal holiday/end of season trip- I am not a joiner type person, I’m not usually comfortable personally, business I’m great, but this team, I wanted to make it to the trip even for a day. I felt so bonded and grateful for the group of ladies I’m surrounded with personally or business.

As we wrap up 2024 I have reflected on some awesome memories with Crystal and the Amazáe Team, what a year!

Amazae Open House – it was so special to see our office come to life and full of people. We had worked so hard to get the office up and running!

The Fur Ball Gala at Pay Pal Park – This was a huge production unlike anything I have been a part of before. So empowering and exciting to see it all to come together, and with such a special cause.

Socal Team Trip – It was so fun to unwind and celebrate all of the years accomplishments together!

Looking forward to what 2025 has in store for Amazae!

2024! Where do I start?
Amazáe Open House was so special. Seeing all of our guests and vendors come out to support and celebrate with us.

Our Team SoCal Trip – amazing time with an amazing team! I felt it allowed us to connect and build a stronger rapport and help carry that spirit into the New Year.

Overall, my favorite moments are when we’re preparing for the main event where we get to brainstorm and really make our events successful. Watching all our hard work come together has been such a rewarding experience.

One of my favorite Events this year was a beautiful “on cloud nine” baby shower. As my work is more backend and not day of, getting to see that event come into fruition as beautiful as that one was is so fulfilling. The highlight of the year for me as to be being able to come together as a team, not for an event, but to create lasting new memories!

Sonja

My favorite events to work are the corporate events held at the Ameswell Hotel in the South Bay. This is a picture of my work buddy, Deana, and I celebrating a job well done! Another favorite moment was working the incredible Fur Ball with Crystal and the team. The design was amazing!

Kelsi

My favorite moment of 2024 would have to be our team retreat in SoCal! Since I work remotely, it was so fun to meet other members of our team in person and just have a great bonding time together! It reminded me how fortunate I am to work along with this wonderful group of women at Amazáe Events!

Looking Ahead To 2025

As you may know, the Humane Society of Silicon Valley experienced devastating fires to their facilities. Thankfully no humans or animals were harmed, but the fire has greatly damaged their facilities.
