When we resume events, there will be a “new way” of doing things.
This does not mean we won’t eventually be back to full dance floors, or enclosed photo booths, or large scale events to celebrate life’s big moments.
What it does mean, is we will continue to take the health and wellbeing of our clients, their guests, vendors, and our teams extremely seriously, with the necessary precautions in place.
In all honesty, we, like most of you, are still uncertain of when events of all sizes will resume as well as what regulations will be in place when the time comes. However, we are taking steps to remain proactive, so we are ready to resume celebrations safely when the time comes.
This includes implementing new procedures for our staff, as well as our vendors to ensure the safety of all involved from set up to tear down, and everything in between. From additional disinfecting protocol, to creative seating solutions we are making health a top priority, in addition to bringing you the latest in corporate events and popular wedding trends. We will continue to update these procedures as we learn more and receive new information.
Additionally, we have taken extra steps within our office, including working with our landlord, to ensure the cleanliness of our space where we conduct a majority of our planning and event preparation before arriving on site the day of an event.
Smaller events and parties will be a major focus in the months to come, as we continue to offer the same high end service with exceptional attention to detail.
In addition to taking precautions to ensure the health and safety of those attending physically, we are also providing resources to clients who may want to offer virtual attending to any of their guests. This has become a popular “omit” trend in 2020 as life has continued to prove worth celebrating, even while sheltering in place.
Life is not canceled! Do you have a celebration coming up? We are here for you and ready to safely provide exceptional service in event planning and design.
